Iain Shigeoka, Ph.D. - CEO

Dr. Shigeoka has over 15 years' experience in developing client applications, embedded systems and information systems. He is Hospital Language Seven (HL7) certified. His career began in developing robotic systems and since such time he has successfully developed or been in charge of developing more than 10 significant software systems. His most recently success was the development and sale of a niche M2M middleware Software Company that was sold to Enfora, Inc in 2007. Prior to that engagement he has held senior software development positions for various development stage companies.

Dr. Shigeoka has a Ph.D. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kansas, Lawrence and B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with Honors from the University of California at Berkeley and a B.A. in Physiology from the University of California at Santa Cruz. Manning Publishing, published his book in 2002 "Instant Messaging in Java: Jabber Protocols."

Raymond Issac - VP of Information Technology

Mr. Issac is a knowledgeable IT professional and with primary strengths in enterprise systems and operations. He is a is a Microsoft Certified System Engineer. Prior to his employment with FirstView EHR, Inc he has been employed as a Senior Systems Engineer and Consultant for multiple organizations. He has more than 10 years working directly with enterprise information systems.

Raymond Isaac has worked for companies to include White Glove Technologies (2008 - 2009), Viagen, Inc (2004 - 2008), and Norwood Promotional Products (2000‐2004). He was a Sergeant when he received an honorable discharge from the United States Marine Corps after a 7‐year enlistment. He holds a Bachelor's of Art from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
