Benefits

Health, Dental and Vision Insurance - FirstView pays 90% of insurance coverage for you, your spouse, live-in partner and any eligible dependents.
Life Insurance - Paid by FirstView, this covers 1x salary up to $100,000. Additional life insurance may be purchased, at the employee cost.
Short and Long Term Disability - Paid 100% by FirstView
401K - Matching and no vesting period.
Employee Stock Option Plan
Section 125 "Savings" Plan - Allows employees to pay for their medical and dental premiums with pre-tax dollars, as well as set aside pre-tax dollars for healthcare expenses and dependent care expenses.
Transportation Assistance - FirstView employees receive $75/month to help offset transportation costs. For those FirstViewrs who wish to bike or walk, FirstView will reward you with an incentive of $85/month.
PTO - Employees begin with 17 days of PTO their first year; time off increases with years of service.
Paid Holidays - FirstView observes 7 paid holidays plus 3 Floating Holidays per year.
Community Involvement - At FirstView, we believe in giving back to the communities in which we live and work. FirstView sponsors events and charities throughout the year as well as providing 1 paid VTO (Volunteer Time Off) day/quarter to support our employees in participating in community services.
